At Rack Servers we make it easy for you to purchase through us. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and American Express credit cards as well as direct deposit, cheque and PayPal. Just select your preferred payment method in the Checkout.
SUPPORT
All VPSs are unmanaged unless you also purchase one of our Server Management packs. Our Server Management is great value and depending on your level of cover, we will respond to any problems as they occur (such as restarting services), act in response to any attacks on your behalf, and manage software and updates as necessary. Our Gold Management even provides a Service Level Agreement (SLA) and daily server snapshots.
OTHER OPERATING SYSTEMS
If you want an operating system other than what is specified, please let us know exactly what operating system you would like us to install on your VPS by providing comments in the checkout.
DAILY SNAPSHOTS
Get piece of mind for just $22.00 per month by purchasing daily snapshots with your VPS. If anything goes wrong on your VPS, such as your server getting hacked or trouble with the operating system, we will be able to revert your VPS to 6am of any last 6 day rolling period. Snapshots are included with Gold Management.
