All VPSs are unmanaged unless you also purchase one of our Server Management packs. Our Server Management is great value and depending on your level of cover, we will respond to any problems as they occur (such as restarting services), act in response to any attacks on your behalf, and manage software and updates as necessary. Our Gold Management even provides a Service Level Agreement (SLA).
